Our Story
Bayside Lounge started with a straightforward belief: the food your family eats should taste like it came from someone who actually cares. That belief shows up in every batch we bake and every product we stock on our shelves.
Located on Bayside Lakes Blvd SW in Palm Bay, we've become the kind of neighborhood spot where regulars know the baker by name and the grocery aisle feels like a carefully curated pantry rather than a compromise.

What We Offer
Sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia, and seasonal varieties — all mixed, folded, and baked in-house every morning. No preservatives, no shortcuts, just flour, water, salt, and patience.

We source from suppliers we trust and choose products with labels you can read. If we wouldn't serve it to our own table, it doesn't make it onto our shelves.
